A Dexter-safe holiday tree:
He had a tasty Christmas Morning breakfast of scrambled eggs and milk (I'm sure there were some carbs in there, too.)
Time to get this party started! Lucky stinker got to open his presents AND Desmond's AND help Mom and Dad with theirs!
Later that afternoon, we went to Grandma & Granddad's for more holiday merriment, where Dexter got to open MORE presents. We forgot the camera, though, so that's kindof a bummer.
On the way there, we saw a minor car accident and got to spend 30+ minutes on the icy highway while Dad directed traffic and we waited for emergency crews. Always an adventure, right? A granola bar kept Dexter happy during that little delay.
All things considered, it was a wonderful, if low-key, second Christmas for our Dexter.
